Blue Lakes Trout Derby, Blue Lakes
This 22nd annual derby is sponsored by the Blues Lakes Association, and local merchants and businesses donate prizes. Proceeds from the event go to support volunteer firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and other Blue Lakes community projects. Held on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. with weigh-ins each day. Entry fees are $8 per person; $4 for those under 16.
